Description

About the Internship Program:
At our parent company, Danaher – our core value is “The Best Team Wins”. From strategy to impact, you'll assume responsibilities that challenge and stretch you as you drive continuous improvement throughout Videojet. With a 12-week internship assignment, you will work through challenging projects that provide exciting opportunities to gain real-world experience. The program starts Monday, May 13th and ends Friday, August 2nd. 


The Videojet Commercial Team has an opening for a driven, engaged and dynamic Intern.


Commercial interns will be matched to a project within our Sales or Marketing functions. Interns will be responsible for utilizing the Danaher Business System (DBS) to develop robust commercial and transactional processes to help our Commercial Organization run effectively and drive greater growth.  Focus areas could include: Funnel Management, Customer Segmentation, Content Creation, and other Sales and Marketing tools and processes to drive growth through greater productivity. Videojet interns will be responsible for developing and/or evolving Standard Work in these focus areas and working directly with the leadership team to drive adoption and compliance.  At the direction / discretion of the Hiring Manager, the intern may be asked to investigate other areas of impact to the extent it has an impact on growth.
You will also have the opportunity to sit in on leadership meetings to understand the business operations, network with your cohort of Interns, and attend development sessions to give you broad exposure to the business and tools / knowledge to further your career. The culmination of your summer is a report out presentation given to Leaders within your function. 


About the Application and Interview Process:
Please apply by March 26th, when a Human Resources Representative will review your resume for consideration. 


If you are selected, you will interview with an HR Representative and the Hiring Manager, whom will ask you a series of questions to better understand your profile and assess your engagement in learning our business. Following these interviews, candidates will be matched to a project based on interest and business need. We aim to extend all offers by Monday, April 8th.

Qualifications: 
• Working towards an undergraduate degree
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or above and be in good standing
• Have a passion for learning, problem solving and determination to succeed
• Have a high level of professionalism
• Have US work authorization
