We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative Training & Education Coordinator to join our Training & Education department.

The Training & Education Coordinator is primarily responsible for detailed program planning and for programs hosted in the Richmond Hill Training Centre. Specific role focus will be to provide on-site concierge support during educational programs, customer requests, department phone support, registration processing and issuing of CE in accordance with CDE protocols. Emphasis on 3rd party programs and support of those programs. Additional role functions include supporting the development of marketing brochures for course advertisement. This role requires cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Events, Graphics, and Sales.  

Duties:

•Facilitates, coordinates and produces detailed planning in support of venues, catering, participant data capture, course evaluations, hand-outs, CE credits and name badges in the Richmond Hill Training Centre, as well as T&E courses, as needed 
•Enters confirmed Nobel Biocare or 3rd party programs in Salesforce.com and publish courses to the Nobel Biocare Education website portal 
•Provide on-site course support as needed 
•Responsible for clean-up of facility after each program 
•Responsible for providing support of brochure development for T&E courses 
•Provides phone support, processes registrations and SAP credit card payments 
•Ensure proper equipment/product is reserved and shipped according to program requirements 
•Processes orders for product required at live-surgery sessions, with emphasis on 3rd party programs 
•Responsible for hotel and car arrangements for speakers, as well as speaker agreements 
•Responsible for calendar reservations for the Richmond Hill Training Center 
•Submits promotion requests for T&E and 3rd party related courses 
•Submits vendor invoices to accounting 
•Orders supplies for Training Centre 
•Work with Clinician of Record to maintain Training Centre to RCDSO standards – all yearly inspections, CBCT, permits, equipment maintenance, surgical suite requirements, medical cabinet, as well as ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met; responsible for all AV and annual AV contract 
•Ensure follow-up with participants who have attended courses and ensure marketing qualified leads are entered in CVM and actioned in the Sales Funnel 
•This role requires flexible working hours

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

•High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of five year’s administrative experience. 
•Must possess excellent communication and writing skills 
•Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office Suite, word processing and reporting methods. Knowledge of Outlook, Sales Force, SAP, Google Drive and Google chrome.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & French preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

•Requires strong ability to organize, prioritize projects and multi-task effectively and efficiently in high pressure circumstances. 
•Possess pleasant and professional telephone skills 
•Exhibit knowledge of office practices and procedures, record keeping practices and filing systems 
•Requires strong ability to organize, manage time, prioritize projects and multi-task effectively and efficiently in high pressure circumstances 
•Must be a quick learner and possess a high level of attention to detail as well as possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in critical situations 
•Ability to work evenings and weekends -This varies by season, on average, this may be required 5-8 weeks, 1 day per week, throughout the year 
•Event planning experience is a plus
