Description


Major Responsibilities



•         Create & manage project plans


•         Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress


•         Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives


•         Deliver and install technology solutions


•         Help project team with the design and development tasks


•         Lead process of issue identification and resolution


•         Manage risk tracking process


•         Monitor and manage scope


•         Manage all documentation


•         Work multiple projects simultaneously


•         Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors


•         Leader and champion of scrum agile development methodology.


•         Research and keep abreast of industry trend and approach relevant to LBS products and solutions.


•         Advocate the use of DBS tools such as Daily Management, Problem Solving, Standard Work, PRTI and others as appropriate to the needs of the business.


•         Liaise on a global basis with the Group Quality, Regulatory and R&D staff on need basis


•         Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all LBS products.


Works with global stakeholders.



Required Skills/Experience/Education



•         4 year degree (Computer Science, Math, or Engineering) or equivalent industry experience


•         Understanding of agile development methodologies


•         A minimum of 3+ years of experience of Project Management and overall experience of 10+ years.


•         Extensive experience managing Design Controls & Documentation (e.g. SRS, SDD, FMEA etc.)


•         Excellent communication and presentation skills


•         Experience with one ALM tool (Preferably VesionOne)




Desired Skills/Experience



•         PMP/ Prince2 Certified.


•         Scrum/ SAFe/ Kanban Certified.


•         Experience with design and development of FDA regulated medical devices.


•         Experience with Medical imaging systems, software control systems for hardware devices.
