The role is required in order to support the Danaher tax reporting requirements and ensure compliance the group's transfer price rules. 
  • Ensure compliance with ASC740 (Swiss and foreign legal entities) reporting in the Danaher tool “Corporate Tax” and liaison in between Danaher Corp tax and Nobel Biocare entities
  • Monthly tax roll-forward (incl. payment documentation), tax expense- and payment forecast
  • FIN48 tax reserves – main contact and liaison between Danaher Corp tax and Nobel Biocare entities.
  • Manage, update, compute and summarize Quarterly/periodic and Post Close Transfer Pricing, Price Adjustments.
  • Proactively make changes to P/L Segmentation based on changes to sources and supply as required for TP Adjustment computations.  
  • Timely prepare TP adjustment Journal Entries and coordinate with accounting to timely book TP adjustments on a Quarterly Basis. 
  • Additional support to indirect tax functions. 

Job Requirements


  • Min. 3 years of experience in an international (US-) company
  • Experience in one of the Big 4 is a plus
  • Experienced to work under pressure
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • Strong knowledge in tax reporting requirements (ASC740, FIN48)
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English and German 
  • Excellent stress management skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Self-driven and independent work approach
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Able to integrate in a team
