GENERAL DESCRIPTION


Works closely with VP HR to lead the talent management strategy for ChemTreat, including company-wide talent processes (performance management, organization reviews, succession planning, development planning, and intra-OpCo talent transfer), as well as oversight of Leadership Pillar Training and design/execution of all talent-related metrics. 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITLES


•Lead global ChemTreat talent processes (Organization Talent Assessment I & II, Performance 4Growth, Development 4 Growth).


•Serve as a “Thought Leader” to both HR and business leaders.  Coach them on executing high-quality development planning and identifying strong talent.


•Develop relevant training and communications, and assist HRBP’s with execution. 


•Oversee and coordinate use of Danaher’s assessment tools related to talent development (360 feedback and others). 


•Oversee and coordinate Leadership Pillar Training offerings (Development 4 Growth, Crucial Conversations, Leadership Essentials, Situational Leadership, and Building Inclusive Leaders), including identification of potential attendees, assessment of instructor bench strength, and identification of potential instructors.


•Understand Mid-Level Leadership Program and Accelerated Leadership Program objectives and identify potential attendees based on future leadership potential.


•Predefine how early career programs (Finance, Tech Services, Operations, BOLD, and GMDP) operate at ChemTreat, to ensure appropriate branding, clarification of objectives, standardization of rotations, and communication protocols.


•Design and execute appropriate metrics around talent processes and training to understand current state, need for improvement, and appropriate countermeasures.  


•Partner with ChemTreat leadership to ensure intra-OpCo talent is identified and moves are executed appropriately.


•Keep abreast of current trends in talent to ensure ChemTreat is competitive.    



SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES


•Lead and participate in HR and cross-functional projects as appropriate.


•Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


•Technical, Analytical skills and business knowledge

•Strong platform and group facilitation skills


•Medium to expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel; Workday experience a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.


•Proven leader in leadership and talent management, with 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end talent management programs across a global environment. 


•Experience working in a global corporate environment that utilizes lean/Kaizen methodology.

•Constantly using hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
