Description

As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition and EMEA HR team, the TA Manager reports to the EMEA VP of Human Resources and is responsible for developing and fulfilling recruiting strategies throughout the EMEA region to support the group of companies under the Product Identification Platform. This is a leadership position which also requires operating in a strategic, consultative and hands-on capacity while leading and driving continuous improvement. 


Primarily this role is responsible for managing initially a team of 2 people, creating and deploying the EMEA end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy to strengthen the organization’s capabilities while developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a leadership role with ownership of senior professional sourcing and recruitment for internal clients. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • In conjunction with EMEA HR and the business leaders, develop, implement and communicate the Talent Acquisition strategy across the EMEA region.
  • Build and develop our in-house Talent Acquisition capability to attract and hire high quality candidates; leveraging public channels such as social media, job boards and our careers website to develop a strong pipeline of external talent and embedding structured and robust selection processes across the whole region.
  • Working with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to aide direct recruitment and support the Company’s purpose.
  • Ensure that the Talent Acquisition team provide an outstanding high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through all points of the recruitment cycle.
  • Personally recruit for senior level positions in EMEA, leveraging in-house cost effective executive recruitment support to deliver a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Leading the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition KPIs. 
  • Ensuring full leverage of our system capabilities, including Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), websites and social media.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the EMEA TA team to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Work closely with the other members of the EMEA HR Management Team in the delivery of EMEA HR priorities and management of issues, taking on non-talent related duties as and when required, supporting the EMEA HR team.
  • Develop, optimise and manage recruitment vendor relationships, keeping utilisation to a minimum.

Qualifications

YOU SHOULD HAVE THIS WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • Experienced in creating and delivering on in-house Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Hands on experience of managing all aspects of TA. 
  • Experienced in both in-house and external agency recruiting.
  • Experience of leading and developing a team of TA professionals.
  • Must have experience recruiting for senior professional level positions and of working consultatively with key senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a global organization with a continuous improvement culture.
  • Preferred experience managing vendor relationships.

  • Educated to degree level in a business or human resources discipline.
  • Ability to develop TA strategy and act as a change agent.
  • Highly proactive and productive, possess strong initiative, self-organized and self-directed.

  • Deeply collaborative with the ability to work with others, inside and outside of HR, to meet group and team objectives.
  • Strength in using and developing technology to enable sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Comfortable leveraging data to identify trends and help set strategy.
  • Management / Leadership skills.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Availability to travel across the EMEA region as required, approximately 30% of time.   
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, fluency in french desired, any other European languages are considered an advantage.
