X-Rite/Pantone, a Danaher company, named one of the “Best & Brightest Companies to Work”, is seeking a SFDC Support Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Reporting to our Regional Marketing Senior Manager, the main purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical support of worldwide Salesforce.com for X-Rite Pantone.


The Opportunity:

  • Administrative and technical support of Salesforce in collaboration with X-Rite’s Salesforce Administrators.
  • Administrative and technical support of Marketing Project and Component Daily Management in Salesforce.com, including but not limited to, managing lists of campaign members, importing external lists and tracking marketing/lead lifecycle (includes ExactTarget SF APP exchange email distribution at this time).
  • Administrative and technical support of Inside Sales.com
  • Work with and discuss with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators on topics such as new product releases, best practices and business process definition to assist Salesforce.com Administrators in the development new CRM training materials and programs.
  • Work with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators to review and adjust CRM training programs to ensure relevant, accurate and up to date information is always presented.
  • Responsible for the daily management of data quality to improve/reduce integrity issues, including but not limited to, manual intervention and merging records.
  • Participation in Salesforce.com administrative support queue for internal support routing and case resolution of X-Rite Salesforce.com users.
  • Administration and technical support of Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to, setting up new users, scheduling and sending marketing created email sends, and troubleshooting technical issues with application.
  • Collaborate with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators for continuous improvement user experience.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Associates degree or higher
    • 2 or more years demonstrated user experience with online CRM system and data management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Ability to speak with and present to individuals and to groups of employees (located in multiple international locations).
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to details
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently
