We are looking for someone willing to take ownership and help to deliver new capabilities. You will be responsible for Improve the Quality of Parts and Services provided by suppliers through a combination of reactive problem solving and pro-active improvement actions.

Your role includes:

  • Investigate and resolve Supplier related Quality Problems
  • Report quality metrics for daily management and Supplier Quality Review Board meetings.
  • Work with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans
  • Participate in the delivery of a robust Part Establishment process
  • Contribute to improvements to Supplier Quality processes

Job Requirements


What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing of complex electro-mechanical products
  • A strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and quality systems
  • Proven practical experience in trouble shooting complex problems
  • Working knowledge of QMS and ISO9001
  • Experience with Risk management tools such as FMEA
  • Supplier establishment process knowledge including PPAP submissions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Highly Desirable:

  • A degree qualification in an engineering discipline or significant trade experience
  • Medical equipment manufacturing experience or automotive manufacturing experience
  • Experience with FDA CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation and ISO 14385
  • Supplier auditing qualification and experience
