Your partnership and support of Regional GM’s and sales leaders will further develop the sales funnel and standard work to improve quality and accuracy. 
This is a highly visible role with opportunities to engage directly with all levels of the organization including senior and executive management. The Incentive Compensation (IC) Staff System Analyst will play a meaningful role leading compensation software: developing credit and commission rules, handling the multiple systems data and leading the automation of the daily data processes. You will be supported to develop your potential through the setting of stretching objectives and a variety of tasks while giving the freedom to take on and resolve problems.

Does this describe you?
  • A strong technical background, and hands-on experience with systems architecture, object-oriented design, and patterns 
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and data analysis. A balance technical skill with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
  • You look for creative ways to apply your expertise and internal best practices to develop visual-based reporting to summarize and communicate related information to the team.

We want you to:
  • administer and own the Xactly Incent software front-end and back-end while achieving timely and accurate results.
  • be an expert in full system implementation life-cycles of at least one implementation (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
  • lead data integration between Xactly, SFDC and OBIEE for a full automation between systems. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design and create various SQL-based query language (xSQL) and command language (xCL) which together provide full access to all the data transformation ETL tools.
  • Develop using REST API to lead our software environment through custom programs, scripts or tools, as well as create reporting and monitoring dashboards that fit into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Work with our IT department to develop a data warehouse for our compensation, salesforce and operational data to create a 360 view of our sales and compensation data.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, masters preferred
  • 7 - 10+ years in IT or in a consultant role in compensation software: Xactly or Callidus
  • Experience crafting financial reports, scorecards, and/or dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or OBIEE
  • Experience with ETL tool: SSIS, Informatica or Xactly Connect
  • Experience with SQL: T-SQL, PL SQL, xSQL or SOQL
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality
  • Able to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously
