SR. MARKETING MANAGER, COMMUNICATION AND CAMPAIGNS

We want a marketer who knows how to position complex solutions and win against competition. Our Vice President of Marketing in North America is looking for a marketing professional who knows how to drive downstream marketing for our chemistry and immunoassay instruments.
Reporting to VP, Marketing, this marketing position could be the next step in the career for the right talent on the path to heading a marketing team. If you like to work in a collaborative environment for a leader who is known for nurturing talent and helping them grow, read on.

If you get this job you will…
  • Create a Marketing Communication Strategy
  • Provide/share campaign performance with team & incorporate feedback for iterations
  • Collaborate with NACO Marketing managers to solidify/clarify communications.  “Make the story better”
  • Put together exciting campaings, story decks, power decks, pod casts and mobile apps. BEC Brand Ambassador
  • Manage Social Media i.e., Linked In, Facebook, Twitter and Red It.  
  • Work with our global marketing group and create regional specific campaigns for agility
  • Support Regional Events – Roadshow/symposiums/conferences

Qualifications

  • Fourteen plus years with a BA or eight plus years with Masters
  • Three plus years Marketing Communications experience 
  • Ability to work in a large, matrix organization
  • Must have a working knowledge of the principal areas and role of Marketing, Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Planning, R & D, QA and Business Development
  • High energy, self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform exceptionally well in fast paced, performance oriented environment
