Description

1.      Presales Support: Support sales to design technical solutions for customers, introduce the system to customer with sales. Especially for industrial coatings and automotive industrial.

售前技术支持:支持销售工程师/经理设计客户技术方案,协助销售为客户进行技术推介,特别是在工业涂料和汽车行业。

2.      Aftersales Support: Product training for customers, and following for future technical support.

售后技术支持:从应用层面对客户进行产品培训,并提供后续支持。

3.      Dealer Technical Management: Serve as the technical contact between X-Rite and the assigned partners.  Every technical aspect of the partner must be understood and maintained.

代理商技术管理:作为爱色丽和指定合作伙伴的技术联系人,熟悉和维护相关伙伴技术层面的信息。

4.      Dealer Technical Support: Work with the manager to train the sales team at each partner to a level where they are comfortable selling the products and workflows.

代理商技术支持:与经理一起,培训伙伴达到在相关行业销售产品和流程的能力。

5.      Large account technical management and end user technical support.

大客户服务及技术管理,终端用户技术支持。

Job Requirements



Qualifications

1.              At least 3 years of industrial paint application experience, know well on paint manufacture process and color evaluation work flow of automotive.

3年以上工业涂料行业技术经验,熟悉涂料生产工艺和颜色评估流程,了解汽车行业的相关应用。

2.              Technical support background

有技术支持工作经验

3.              Good spoken and written English

较好的英语交流能力

4.              Good at communication and speech skills
