Major Responsibilities
• People management for a group of 10 Test associates. 
• Building Test competency within the group.  
• Build the Automation pipeline.  
• Build and Own Testing environments. 
• Manage and plan required devices in LAB.  
• Plan and Manager SQA activities for multiple projects running. 
• Coordinate with Project Management on project schedules, allocate resources, monitor and report progress. 
• Manage all SQA documentations 
• Work multiple projects simultaneously 
• Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors 
• Leader and champion of scrum agile development methodology. 
• Research and keep abreast of industry trend and approach relevant to LBS products and solutions.  
• Advocate the use of DBS tools such as Daily Management, Problem Solving, Standard Work, PRTI and others as appropriate to the needs of the business. 
• Liaise on a global basis with the Group Quality, Regulatory and R&D staff on need basis 
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all LBS products.  Works with global stakeholders. 

Job Requirements


Required Skills/Experience/Education  
• 4 year degree (Computer Science, Math, or Engineering) or equivalent industry experience  • Understanding of agile development methodologies 
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience of People Management and overall experience of 13+ years. 
• A minimum of 4+ years of leading teams performing SQA/ Testing activities.  
• Experience with any automation tool.  
• Extensive experience managing Design Controls & Documentation (e.g. Test Plan, Test Report, FMEA etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with one ALM tool (Preferably VesionOne)
