Description

Position Summary and Overview

The Software Developer, will use design and development skills to build and maintain software application / system integration front. This
position will involve interacting with Product and Program management on getting clarity on requirement. This position will need induvial to be
self-starter and take actions based on initial inputs. The software developer will champion best practices in SDLC throughout the suite of LBS
software applications.
Major Responsibilities
  • Supporting present Integration Solution.
  • Building upgrades on the present Integration solution.
  • Supporting customer specific customization.
  • Communicate progress and issues to team and management.
  • Identify strategies/ solutions for evolving business needs.
  • Leader and champion of scrum agile development methodology.
  • Research and keep abreast of industry trends and approaches relevant to LBS products and solutions.
  • Advocate the use of DBS tools such as Daily Management, Problem Solving, Standard Work, PRTI and others as appropriate to the needs of the business.
  • Liaise on a global basis with the Group Quality, Regulatory and R&D staff on need basis
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all LBS products. Works with global stakeholders.



 



Job Requirements



Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience/Education

  • 4 year degree (Computer Science, Math, or Engineering) or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as individual contributor.
  • Work experience in Integration Engine - Mirth Connect
  • Core Java, Java script are essentials
  • Healthcare interface development experience
  • Working knowledge on Web services, API
  • Good understanding of HL7 V 2.x
  • Knowledge about SQL server

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience with design and development of FDA regulated medical devices.
  • Experience with multiple product integration in LIS environment.
  • Experience with image analysis, software control systems for hardware devices, and relational database Usage.
  • Fare understanding of CI/CD.
  • Extreme Plus to have C++ or .Net experience.

Language List language requirements for this role

  • Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verba

Travel

  • As per business requirement, short term to BU head quarter for training.

  • Full time employment in Bangalore, India
