SenDx/Radiometer Carlsbad is currently seeking a Software Engineer to work within a small, highly motivated software team working on a multitude of software projects for medical devices and support systems. You will work on active product development and ongoing support activities.

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Design, Develop and Test software in compliance with the applicable sections of the Quality Management System
  • Investigate and analyze software related technical or design issues
  • Develop and contribute to product documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and SOP’s
  • Maintain & configure development and test environments
  • Provide detailed effort estimates for software design implementation
  • Provide development feedback through review retrospectives
  • Work with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Work with Customer Support team to troubleshoot and resolve reported application issues or questions

Job Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience with the following technologies: C#, WPF and databases
  • 3+ years of experience in software development including exposure to the full SDLC
  • 3+ years of implementation experience developing desktop applications with WPF/XAML
  • 3+ years of implementation experience designing applications using MVVM patterns
  • Experience in the use of version control systems such as TFS
  • Experience in developing applications for Microsoft Windows Platforms
  • Software solution design experience including Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques and patterns
  • Good verbal, documentation, communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Windows embedded operating system
  • Experience working within agile software development practices
  • Experience working on medical applications or other regulated application domains would be highly regarded
