Are you an experienced Software Development Engineer - In Test? Would you like to develop and run automated tests for a suite of medical image management software? Develop automated tests, evaluate the existing framework, identify areas for improvement and assist in the development of a plan to ramp up automation globally. Work closely with the SQA Manager, development teams, test teams, project managers and program managers across the global organization to drive a common solution for test automation.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of software test automation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Windows operating systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering extensible and maintainable automated software tests.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Software Quality Assurance best practices.
  • Proven ability to write test cases with the appropriate level of detail.
  • Willingness to execute manual test cases when necessary.
  • Understanding of manual test case selection and prioritization for automation.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people, think strategically, and initiate change management.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical manufacturing process, or medical device test automation.
  • 2+ years of SQL and JavaScript programming experience.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience in a team lead role.
  • Experience with TestComplete, Selenium or other test automation tools. 
  • Experience integrating automated test results with a test management tool.
