Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:

To promote service products to customers, including service contracts, spare parts, fixed price maintenances and other professional services. Help customer to realize SCIEX has these products and accept the products.

Work as a single contact point for any service products need from customer, field service, marketing and sales. Be responsible for signing the contract with end customers and negotiate with them about service contracts or T&M service.

Help company to meet and exceed service revenue target, and create foundation for future growth.

• Implement SCIEX service marketing strategies for service products sale in Taiwan (all business units).

• Promote service contract business through actively attending business marketing activities, exhibitions, user meetings, on-site visit and phone campaign.

• Close the service order with customers, and manage the proper process, like quotation, T&C, presentation and bidding.

• Implement customer satisfaction and market need survey.

• Achieve SCIEX service contract order and service revenue target quarterly and yearly.

• Closely work with local service team and Global Service Product Team in order to implement global strategies.

• Prepare and update service-product sales forecast file monthly.

• Understand customer needs so as to recommend the appropriate customized service product.

• Handle other projects and/or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

• Teamwork and communication.

• Excellent people interaction skills with customers and internal associates.

• Able to speak English

• Have valid local driving license.

• Occasional business travels is required.


Job Requirements


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Sales and Marketing, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

• Worked in a similar capacity or in Sales in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical industry for 2 years is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

• Knowledge on LC/MS service and solutions is a benefit.

• Demonstrate successful sales competency.
