Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily Admin and service coordination support for Hong Kong Service Manager, Service Sales Specialist and Field Service Engineer, also backup Taiwan service admin.
  • Answer customer calls regarding service parts and contract questions for pricing, ordering, logistics (delivery), billing/invoicing and open service request.
  • Support service business from quotation to customer confirmation
  • Assist and track Government tender bidding and pricing approval both internal and external.
  • Collect and assist with standardization of bidding document. Set up and maintain bidding documents filing system ,local custom clearance
  • Provide logistics support for service related events including international and domestic inventory handling and local custom clearance
  • Answer any in-coming calls and transfer to relevant receiver.
  • Cross-departments coordination with Customer Care, logistics, Finance, Sales, marketing and Service etc. 
  • Detailed analysis for service report.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements


Education / Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, trading, science or a related field with relevant experience
  • Oracle and SFDC operation experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize own work, to work efficiently, productively and independently, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a range of tasks as part of ongoing projects, and to make sound decisions in order to meet deadlines for the completion of projects or activities
  • Interpersonal skills suitable for a people-oriented job, requiring interactions with many people both inside and outside the organization
  • Organizational skills relevant to subcontracting work to outside organizations and consultants and working in teams
  • Extraordinary skills of communication with staff of different functions in overseas
  • Be creative, enthusiastic, driving with team-building skills
