Sie arbeiten im Bereich Systems Engineering, erstellen und koordinieren Produktanforderungen und analysieren das Systemverhalten. Die Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei der Implementierung und Verifikation der System Anforderungen und Architektur sind ein integraler Bestandteil ihrer Tätigkeit.

We need you to be the glue, bridge and center player to realize products for laboratory automation that satisfies customer’s needs and wishes. You work in the area of Systems Engineering to develop and manage Requirements and analyze System behavior, support the development team to implement and support verification of the System Requirements and Architecture.

Job Requirements


  • Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinär zu Denken
  • Erfahrungen im Anforderungsmanagement, Risiko Management und Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über Eigeninitiative
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig und sorgfältig
  • Sie verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz und starke interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ihre Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie verfügen über gute Computer und MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Sie verfügen über Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 10%) 
  • Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor Abschluss mit 5+ Jahren Berufserfahrung oder Master Abschluss mit 3+ Jahren Berufserfahrung einer technischen Studienrichtung

  • Experience in Requirement Engineering, Risk Management and Reliability Engineering are a plus
