Description

The Senior Sales Administration Analyst provides support and assistance on a wide variety of administrative and functional responsibilities in order to meet sales objectives, as assigned by the Pricing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete competitive bids and quotation for sales representatives accurately and according to deadline
  • Establish special pricing agreements per GPO and IDN contracts as instructed by the Pricing Manager
  • Accept and process necessary paperwork for new customer orders which will be provided to customer service for order entry, and in some cases, creating customized billing paperwork
  • Conduct periodic audits on existing lease to validate customer usages and adjust shipping and billing accordingly
  • Negotiates and closes service, consumable and Radiance contracts in cooperation with our sales and service Team.
  • Prepares contract proposals, bids and quotes for customers and sales by creatively presenting different financial options based on the customer requests and needs
  • Supports multiple sales regions in their proposal requests and customer negotiations

Qualifications

Must be comfortable communicating significantly on the phone and by email. Proficient in multitasking and problem solving.

Education:
  • Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
Language:
  • Primary language English
IT:
  • Must have mid-level computers skills to include MS office 2000 or later, Word, Excel. Basic math skills and statistical knowledge.  Ability to master Radiometer proprietary inventory and pricing software.
Travel (required estimated % of time):
  • 5 %<
Other:
  • Must be able to lift or maneuver 40 lbs
