Position Summary

The role of the APAC Sr Manager for Digital Marketing & VISION24 is to advance the APAC region’s capabilities to leverage digital channels for driving demand and generating revenue as well as drive 

the deployment of Leica Biosystems’ VISION24 promise both within internally and in the marketplace. To succeed, the individual will need superior collaboration skills, the ability to influence in a highly

matrixized organization and excellent project management competencies.



Digital Marketing Development & Management:

•         Build and implement lead generation & management processes across APAC countries and define KPIs, working closely with country GM & their Marketing leads as wells as the Regional Product Marketing Directors; Educate GM as to the value of digital marketing;

•         Develop and launch PPC marketing campaigns based on customer sales journey and aligned with regional growth initiatives; leverage existing global campaigns and regionalize, as appropriate; define new product campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing directors;

•         Establish SW on lead qualification for digital generated leads and drive implementation at the country level; create KPIs to measure progress;

•         Maintain Lead Management DM and bowlers for effective revenue generation cadence;

•         Manage opportunity funnel for digital leads within SFDC and monitor win/loss;

•         Institute regular monthly reviews with APAC leaders including regional marketing directors to review campaigns and marketing performance/results;

•         Leverage global digital marketing team to build skillset, optimize PPC performance, either through local search agency or dedicated resource;

•         Liaise between regional and global marketing teams to bring alignment, support and best practices in digital marketing;

•         Strengthen channel partnerships by developing marketing initiatives to support distribution partners;

•         Develop SW around market visibility & work with country teams and regional marketing directors to address the gaps;

•         Contributes to the global segmentation model development to ensure that APAC voice is integrated into the project.


Launch VISION24 to Internal & External Audiences:

  • Lead the APAC regional roll-out of VISION24 to associates, acting as the “Go To” expert to provide training and explain the VISION24 message, in close collaboration with country GM and HR/ site champions;
  • Become familiarized with the VISION24 external customer-facing presentation and all VISION24 evidence that has been generated by the global V24 team and train APAC sales champions, identified by GM’s in each country;
  • Assess the opportunities to develop regional evidence to support APAC-focused V24 stories;
  • Develop localized campaigns to establish awareness of the Leica Biosystems’ Difference in collaboration with the global VISION24 marketing team;
  • Develop customer success stories and testimonials to make VISION24 relevant to APAC customers;
  • Develop KPIs to track success.

Ownership of:

•         Lead management and deployment process through digital PPC campaigns; KPIs include # of leads generated, conversion to SQL, OPP and wins;

•         Win/loss analysis on digital generated leads across the region and portfolio;

•         DM & VM on digital marketing;

•         PPC Campaign development around VISION24 to raise awareness (close collaboration with V24 global marketing team)
   PPC Product portfolio Campaign development (in close collaboration with regional marketing directors
   KPIs linked to VISION24 roo out to internal associates and external audiences

Job Requirements


Required Education, Experience, Skills

•         Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or its equivalent filed. MBA preferred

•         Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital/transformative marketing

•         Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment

•         Highly adaptable to changes in a rapid evolving environment

•         Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines under pressure.


Polished time management skill and good organizational skill

Ability to interact with internal and external customers effectively
