Logistics Coordinator – High Wycombe


We are currently recruiting a Senior Logistics Coordinator to perform a wide variety of tasks related to the incoming and outgoing of Beckman Coulter materials and equipment to meet customer expectations. This includes receiving and shipping of inventory and material control. This purpose of this position is to proactively contribute and support the UK Logistics Department to accomplish its daily objectives.
The position is also responsible for coordinating and monitoring workflow and assisting in the scheduling and prioritisation of activities within an assigned distribution area.


• Administrative duties utilising Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage the receipt and shipment of materials and equipment.
• Acting as an interface between the local subsidiary, Logistics & Distribution teams in the USA and Europe and the local third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse.
• Collaborating with the 3PL warehouse to ensure effective support to the local UK sales and service organisation and the customer service team based in Nyon, Switzerland.
• Communicating with external customers & transportation partners.
• Planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks to support the manufacturing workflow.
• Following policies to meet regulatory requirements and compliance with existing procedures and work instructions.
• High focus on inventory management with special attention to ensuring inventory accuracy through inventory control procedures.
• Daily coordination of expected receipt deliveries, inventory discrepancies, reverse logistics.
• Integration of all relevant Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools into daily work.
• Raising any non-conformance and following up on related systems to guarantee the correct service level and mitigation actions.

Job Requirements



• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and ideally experience using Oracle ERP
• Previous experience working in a logistics or supply chain role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks, demonstrating judgment and flexibility
• A team player and problem solver who is able to work under pressure
• Customer focused and service-oriented approach
• Full clean UK driving licence (occasional travel to our UK warehouse may be required)
