  • Serving as the direct Finance business partner to the North America Service Leader and their organization.
  • Improving overall short term and long term enterprise financial results (Revenue, Labor, Parts).
  • Providing support to Service Product management on cost & price per units and the corresponding activities to help find root cause to improve the efficiencies of instrumentation.
  • Supporting the culture of ongoing process improvement to help identify areas of excess capacities or waste.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, apply critical and creative skills, and aid the organization in finding and driving process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills while working with Service Leadership.
  • Developing/maintaining financial models for service related activities to analyze and support decision making for service resources and investments.
  • Preparation, submission, and variance explanations for internal financial forecast of Service Expenses and Service Parts.
  • Updating/tracking key initiatives and metrics.
  • Developing expertise on Service related general ledger activities and accounting entries.
  • Supporting the strategic planning process, as necessary.
  • The candidate will have the opportunity to develop within a growing organization through challenging assignments in a team environment.  They will also have the ability to participate in special assignments designed to gather data and ultimately improve operational efficiencies.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, show strong financial systems knowledge and have the ability to work with a sense of focused urgency in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Job Requirements


  • BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required. 
  • MBA and / or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.
  • At least 3 – 5 years related experience.
  • Ability to interact with upper management and capability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences. 
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and advanced level PC skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and SAP – Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) a plus.
