Description

As part of the Global Technical Support Team collaborate with Global Service providing product support and escalation management for Life Science Automation systems.  The position reports to the Global Technical Support Manager within the Global Service organization.

International and domestic travel is required approximately 25%.

Responsibilities: 
* Own technical escalation of product related application issues,
* Own Product Line Escalations of product related application issues
* Developing expert level knowledge of existing methods and assigned products
* Train field based applications, call center, and customer instructors
* May provide input to development projects as a customer advocate
* May provide input to test design for verification of workflow
* Active engagement in the Early Response Team process for product introductions to bias product success
* Ensuring all safety, quality and regulatory requirements are in compliance with standards and agencies such as: ISO, GMP and FDA
* Maintain accurate and timely record keeping within a learning management system (LMS) for all personal training as well as any training delivered 
* Collaborate with all stakeholders to utilize DBS for ongoing process improvement.
* Perform other related duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree in in biological sciences preferably cellular biology or biochemistry. Post graduate and graduate degrees are a plus.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a biotechnology organization developing, optimizing and troubleshooting Flow Cytometry systems and applications
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
* Strong MS Office skills(Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Demonstrated track record of achievement
* Demonstrated ability in and commitment to continuous process improvement
Expected results:
* Contain Red level escalations within 5 days
* New product deliverables complete to plan
* Customer satisfaction as measured as business aggregate including compliance, product quality, reliability,  after sale cost of support/ownership, and net promoter
