The Position:

The Sales Representative is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on product. He establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer focused primarily on the acquisition of new customers and developing the business. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods and indirect methods such as networking.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in Planning Process (Sales Funnel)

•         Identify grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

•         Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve  assigned sales quotas and targets

  • Forecast and track Key Account KPIs

•         Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

•         Prospect for potential customer using various direct methods and indirect methods like networking

•         Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales

•         Maintain a high level of domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects

•         Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations

•         Make presentations to senior managers (C-Suite) and decision makers

•         Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities

•         Cultivate strong internal relationships that may be required to deliver full solutions to customer
