General Description

En la Gerencia de Productos Químicos buscamos Representante de Venta para la VIII región, con conocimiento en tratamiento de aguas y/o comercialización de productos químicos. Experiencia mínima requerida de 1 año en cargo equivalente o 2 al interior de la división.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities     

  • Planificar su trabajo para cumplir las metas asignadas de pedidos, ventas, gastos y margen.
  • Efectuar la gestión de venta ante clientes y potenciales clientes, constituyéndose en un referente técnico, asegurando la satisfacción de éstos y su fidelización.
  • Maximizar la operación de plantas y sistemas que atiende, optimizando la aplicación de productos.
  • Documentar tareas efectuadas y cumplir con la periodicidad de informes requeridos por la organización.
  • Apoyar la gestión de cobranza.
  • Identificar los productos de la competencia.
  • Efectuar cotizaciones y participar en propuestas.
  • Detectar y comunicar condiciones que afecten el desempeño del sistema de calidad y de la seguridad a quien las realiza y a su superior.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Profesional universitario en el área química o similar (Ingeniero de ejecución, Licenciado en ciencias Químicas o técnico nivel superior).
  • Cualidades personales indispensables son: Habilidades comunicacionales, proactivo, trabajo en equipo, alta motivación de logro, responsabilidad, optimismo, planificación y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Disposición para trabajar en horarios especiales y para atender clientes en terreno.
  • Manejo de PC a nivel usuario (Word, Excel, etc.)
