Now a new, exciting Dental start up is being launched in order to serve our loyal customer base even better. For this very reason, we are looking for motivated and experienced sales people to join us to support one of the following regions: Eastern Germany (Berlin) and Western Germany. 


•       Ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in the respective sales area

•       New lead generation in all customer segments: dental practice, dental surgery, labs

•        Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects

•        Sales strategy execution for various sales channels and implementation of marketing measures

•         Responsible for the performance and development of the sales activities

•         Has responsibility for strategic sales projects assigned by commercial leader

•         Implementation and development of action plans to penetrate new markets

•         Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance

•         Responsible to achieve revenue and budget targets in own area

•         Provide great customer experience supporting our customers with all product related questions and queries

•         Organisation of workshops and events for our customers

•         Unfold customer potentials with structures market analysis, segmentation and funnel management

•         Participation in dental events and fairs

Job Requirements


Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

•         Dental or medical related studies or similar, business acumen

•         Excellent marketing, dental market and product knowledge preferably dental implants.

•         CRM knowledge

•         Customer segmentation knowledge


Critical Skills/technical know-how: 

•         Passion for sales, strong drive to achieve challenging goals

•         Courage and hands on problem solving attitude

•         Great negotiation skills and customer contact management

•         Inspiring coach with commitment to developing others

•         Ability to win and inspire our customers

•         Strong communicative skills and presentation skills

•         Mobility within the designated sales area (Eastern Germany or Southern Germany) 

•         Fluent German, good English skills
