We are looking for a Sales Manager European Eastern Distributors Nobel Biocare & Implant Direct position:
Report to: Country manager Poland & Distributor Markets
Based in: country TBC (Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Macedonia, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Lithuania, Armenia, Kosovo.)
Mission of the position: Develop current Distributor partners in the area, by supporting and securing the implementation of Nobel Biocare and Implant Direct strategies based on our products & solutions, training and partnership activities. Scout and identify further markets and opportunities for growth in the region
  • Activity Plan design, implementation and follow up (under Marketing Support) per Distributor partner in line with NB and ID mission (secure a local training program per country, study club plan,  Customer events, Patient information events)
  • Adapt, promote and use Global Sales & Marketing tools amount the Distributors (Product campaigns, Sales training tools, product updates, etc..)
  • Identify and support partner's needs in terms of training and support (Sales Training at product and soft skills, sales compensation plans,..)
  • Develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding the ways to penetrate the market
  • Develop market share and new customers together with established distribution network
  • Identify, build and develop relationships with KOL's in individual countries
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, f2f customer visits, sales ride-along, educational events
  • Prepare and manage Distributor partners agreements and "Annual Incentive Agreements"   for current and new partners
  • Continue to develop regional network and co-operation
  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Customer Voice initiatives
  • Actively ensure increasing mindshare through creative sales and marketing efforts such as product offerings, promotions, campaigns and trainings
  • Develop sales with active commitment to customer focus
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management
  • Assess and manage sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy
  • Ensure liaison with EMEA functional team
  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices

Job Requirements


  • University degree in BBA
  • Knowledge in dental or medical area
  • Excellent sales, communication, negotiation and influencing skills combined with high customer and service orientation
  • Business development skills
  • Strong financial background required: ability to accurately assess key business metrics and key performance indicators
  • Driving improved sales efficiency through the vigorous use of sales management tools
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • English and at least one additional language from the territory
  • Excellent cross cultural competency
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a sales role in Dental Market or related fields (medical device), with experience in private and public sector
  • Distributor Market management
  • East Europe market knowledge would be an additional asset
