To impart the benefits of Nobel Biocare product range through sales presentations, product demonstrations, partnering and training & education activities with targeted accounts in order to provide better, safer and more effective patient outcomes for the customers and increased sales (as per the agreed targets) for the organisation targeting top line growth via appropriate sales planning and account management.

• To identify potential customers through market study, discuss and demonstrate the products with existing and potential customers thereby convincing them about the quality and value of Nobel Biocare products.
• Plan partnering activities with targeted accounts to help them grow their implant practice in line with company’s philosophy of helping customers treat more patients better.
• To travel within the assigned territories and manage the business in these territories independently.
• Timely resolution of customer issues (if any) in coordination with supervisors to achieve customer excellence in own territories.
• To invite the potential customers and key customers for any training programme or event/activities those are being conducted by the organisation and ensure participation commitments from the customers.
• To coordinate with training & education team w.r.t any activity/training program or any other event which involves customers thereby ensuring fixed assets and any other infrastructure as required are in place.
• Create raising awareness of the company’s products and its goodwill through different activities/seminars/events.
• Ensure that he/she is up to date with product knowledge and developments within the sector.
• To be able to think quickly about the best financial plan (discounts etc.) for the customer and exercise decision making power efficiently and appropriately.

Role Profile

• To maintain and excel in monthly KPI standards namely sales achievement (quarterly/monthly/annually), key product development, account development activities, product/industry knowledge, coverage and call average.
• To identify targeted list of customers, constantly touch base with them as well as within agreed intervals to update the list with potential customers, meet them according to the assigned frequency, book orders for products and submit reports on the same to immediate supervisors.
• To place product orders with customer service team by following guidelines on timelines and on appropriate documentation and be accountable for collection of payment.


Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)
 Excellent product knowledge
 Graduates/BDS/Post Graduates
Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)
 Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle key accounts and independently manage large geography
Critical Experience:
 Minimum 3-5 years work experience in the Medical Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or speciality Pharma products preferably in MNC’s.
