The Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data to the Director of Finance to increase overall sales productivity. The role will create standardized and custom reporting to assist in the initiatives that will increase sales. They will be responsible for the calculation and support of sales commissions and incentive programs.

  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report sales data to increase sales productivity. This will include identifying patterns and areas of improvement.
  • Use sales records to calculate sales performance relative to sales quota and calculate commissions and incentive programs.
  • Work with the sales team to incorporate sales forecasts into daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for sales related initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations for weekly, monthly and annual requirements.
  • Participate in the company budget process, forecasting and monthly reporting.
  • Assist with the administration of the Sales Rep business vehicle reimbursement program
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Business Administration preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing and reporting data in order to support business needs; preferably supporting a sales organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point); to include pivot tables and look-up functions
  • Experience in an automated ERP system (Oracle) preferred
  • Experience with HFM 
  • Experience with Tableau
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing and finance teams.
