The Sales Account Manager resolves customers' technical queries regarding Procera and Guided Surgery products. 


  • Work with distributor partners in the responsible countries in sales execution to achieve business objectives. (This includes regular sales performance reviews to track and drive their sales success rates, pro-active sales cycle management and regular support in distributor sales calls).
  • Conceptualise and drive training and education activities as per market needs and aligned to global activities.
  • Answer customer phone calls, resolves issues and provides technical support regarding Nobel Procera and Guided Surgery consumables and machinery.
  • Document all relevant customer calls, escalate issues to Business Manager if issue cannot be solved.
  • Discuss issues with other team members/Departments before they get escalated.
  • Keep updated on content of knowledge database and use the database in everyday work.
  • Assist with and present relevant training programs and events for both internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with the production plants and ensures the feedback is given.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on Nobel Guide, Nobel Clinician, Nobel Procera and competitive systems
  • Lecture at the universities and institutions and update on developments
  • Continually upskilling the Focus Group Members and ensure they receive the adequate training and support.

Job Requirements


  • Recognised Bachelor degree
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing, of which at least 3 years were spent handling business through distributors.
  • Prior experience in dental implant industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong distributor management 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel in the region
