  • Update and revise documentation to improve workflows, reduce paperwork, and streamline operations in a timely manner.
  • Navigate and own the change control process to implement minor and some moderate design changes.
  • Assist in the development of better tools and techniques to reduce costs, improve quality and boost labor efficiency.
  • Present project status and updates to management. 
  • Execute on the problem solving tools to drive to root cause and implement counter measures.
  • Provide back up for personnel who may be sick, on vacation or required for work in another area (i.e., when department is short on labor).  
  • Assist with developing work instructions. Prepare for internal, as well as external quality audits.  Review audit results and trends.
  • Assist with and manage projects as assigned.  Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Participate in and help drive the continuous improvement initiatives within the site.
  • Lead and Participate in Calibrator Value Stream kaizen events
  • Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years’ experience is required
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO).
  • Experience with ERP bills of materials and change orders preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
