Description

Main tasks:
• In charge of the Group Reporting, including coordinating and ensuring correct reporting to Corporate. The Reporting & Consolidation Manager is recognized as a subject matter expert on the monthly consolidation and reporting process.
• Provides monthly balance sheet variance analysis by proactively establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Finance.
• Maintains and further develops the Group consolidation system (Hyperion Financial Management System -HFM).
• Determines the applicable accounting treatment in any M&A transaction.
• Defines Finance processes with regards to accounting and reporting, as well as ensures the group wide uniform application.
• Manages the annual financial audits with external auditors.
• Works on various special projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Your profile:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics, CPA is considered a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an international business environment with strong technical knowledge (Accounting, Consolidation and US GAAP)
• Proofed knowledge of complex automated ERP systems required (preferably in SAP and HFM – Hyperion consolidation system)
• Strong communication skills in English, German is considered a plus.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to combine technical knowledge with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent stress management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team Player
