QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years’ experience B2B sales experience; med device sales preferred
- 5+ years’ experience leading/coaching a sales team (6 or more direct reports) in a multi-state region with a proven track record of successful performance required
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight required
- This position can be located anywhere within the region.
Qualified Candidates will Possess:
- Computer and organizational skills are essential - Word and Excel. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) are required. Must demonstrate an ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups managers, clients, customers and other business entities.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Demonstrate an ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. Demonstrate an ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited information exists.
- Demonstrate ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope. Must have a proven record of leadership and mentoring skills.
- Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.
