Regional Marketing Manager - Americas

Job Summary and Responsibilities

New Product introduction, lead new product introduction in their respective region in the US. Works closely with the global product managers in the pre-launch, launch and post launch events to ensure that the sales team are fully engaged in the new technology, services or solution. Through these activities, the candidate is capable of developing sales action plans, MQL’s and opportunities. They also are proficient in positioning Pall’s technologies against others, and understanding the key points of difference. They should also be able to demonstrate the new technology to the customers in the absence of sales account managers.

CRM and MQL management – be proficient in the CRM and be capable of training new hires in the sales team in how MQL’s are handled through the CRM. Be able to submit regular reports to management on the effectiveness of Campaigns

Lead cross functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives for demand generation

Create and manage marketing programs to support applications and solutions focused message for the biotech market

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Life Sciences
  • 5+ year's experience in life sciences marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Life Sciences
  • 5+ years' Biopharm manufacturing experience preferred
  • 5+ years' Biopharm sales experience preferred
