SenDx is seeking a dedicated production planner for multi-site production planning/scheduling that meets customer service, inventory, and cost targets, by effectively balancing supply and demand. This position will also be responsible for customer support to sales subsidiaries to ensure IFR to meet OTD. Candidate must be committed to leverage DBS tools (PSP, TPI, etc) to support continuous improvement of inventory, production planning and delivery.

  • Multi-site planning of production (daily/weekly/monthly) and supporting execution of plan according to TAKT to manage Work in Progress and Finished Goods inventory. Includes report generation from ERP for Open/Closed Work Orders and for multiple manufacturing Value Streams/Departments 
  • Coordinate with purchasing, quality, and logistics to support the production schedule and ensure OTD 
  • Provide daily communication  in regards to order status for sales subsidiaries as needed
  • Reviews capacity plans with production manager and value stream managers & participate in monthly S&OP to support growth
  • Collaborate with Value Streams and Warehouse personnel to deploy DBS tools to improve Delivery and Inventory

Job Requirements


Formal Education
  • BA or BS in Business/Eng or similar preferred
  • APICS Certified (CPIM) required or training to be provided 
“Must Have” Competencies / Skills / Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in production scheduling and planning 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. (Macros, Pivot, Vlookup)
  • LEAN (DBS) mindset
  • Experience with production planning 
  • Experience with implementing Kanban systems 
  • Strong supply chain skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or similar ERP system
  • Excellent interpersonal  skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Safety first mindset
