Description

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

This position responsible for develop and track project plans, assists in resolving difficult situations, adheres to technical standards


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:


  • • To support sales team & dealer, including product training, selling tools edit etc.
  • • To carry through market education & publicizing, including product presentation, expert team constructing etc.
  • • To participate in the product register, new product launch
  • • To collect & update marketing information, including competitors, market trend, consumer expectation etc.
  • • To participate in the edit of annual marketing plan 
  • • Product knowledge training for sales team and dealers
  • • Product introduction on marketing activities such as seminar and workshops
  • • Customer application advanced training and troubleshooting
  • • Develop new applications and marketing tools for the sales teams
  • • Manage your products by applications and with high communication skills
  • • Develop and maximize relationship with key customers to help product sales

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • • External contacts for this position include hospital, laboratory, university, dealers.
  • • Internal contacts include all marketing department staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems.


SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work.  Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor.  Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

  • • Bachelor degree or above with Lab Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biochemistry and Chemistry etc., Medical background is preferred. 
  • • English skill in both reading and writing is essential. Good English speaking skill is a plus
  • • Good OA software skills, eg. Excel, PPT, etc.


WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • • Four years’ marketing, application or sales working experience 
  • • Working experience in IVD industry is preferred, and experience in Multi-National IVD Company is a plus

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 

This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

This position functions in a general office environment.
