It plans and prepares the production programs for manufacturing of industrial products or consumption, to comply with the master plan of production through maximizing productivity levels.

2. Responsible for Raw Material Replenishment through managing MRP and the procurement lead time with suppliers; seeking to maintain the Supply Chain efficient, flexible and low cost

General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge

1. Execute procurement process to acquire Raw Material and Production Supplies Material use on Production Process.

2. Expedite with Suppliers missing components to accomplish production plans and report to Materials Manager and Executive Leadership.

3. Execute Materials Requirement process called Supplier Schedule every other week (Mondays) and send material releases to suppliers.

4. Follow up PO’s placed to suppliers secure requirements of quantity, cost and delivery date.

5. Follow up with Materials Manager to match production plans sync with purchase orders placed.

6. Do purchase orders for raw material, supplies materials, equipment and spare parts of any part of the world (international Purchase Orders).

7. Analyze material demand base on production plans to determinate material needs and execute material’s procurement.

8. Report to Material Manager monthly results base on KPI’s planned.

9. Issue monthly report of Inventory Days to Materials and Accounting Head in MX.

10. Create and update the Work Instruction applicable in Material Procurement.

11. Optimize Supply Chain process thru Supplier Evaluations, maintaining a win-win relationship with suppliers.

12. Coordinate conference call with Key Suppliers to secure the components supply to plant.

13. Propose Cost Reduction initiatives based on materials cost.

14. Determinate strategies and accomplishment plans to meet production demands.

15. Define and coordinate with Imp-Exp department the urgencies to be imported and trace materials from Supplier to Plant.

Job Requirements



 Experience 3 to 5 years on similar position.

 Manage of MS Office, SAP, QAD, and MRP – ERP’s or other similar system for material control.

 Experience on MRP, JIT and Kanban systems.

 Experience on Material’s Control.

 Experience on chaotic warehousing location system.

 APIC certification desirable


Industrial Engineer, administrative bachelor, business industrial or equivalent experience.

 Experience 3 to 5 years.

 Fluency English.

 Availability to travel.

 Numerical Skills.

 Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

 Usage systems MRP-ERP.

 Supplier Management.
