Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.


Description

Responsibilities

Commercial Support Administration

  • Manage the distribution system to provide timely and effective support to sales, marketing team and management Including data report, contract verification and compliance controlling.

  • Supervisor Sales support administration team for contract preparation, ordering form and discount table for approval process by working with sales, dealers and different internal functions

  • Provide tracking reports related to sales funnel /pipeline/forecast/orders to support sales directors on business review

  • Support to optimize the distribution system to support business development

  • Support the establishing and implementation of the distributing policy

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years solid working experience on sales/distribution management, as well as experience in sales operations

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical, logistics or international business or related

  • Good language skills in Mandarin and English

  • Strong knowledge and experience in sales and distributor management

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Order to cash process, Inventory Control, Customer

    Service, Warehouse Management and Purchasing Supply Chain Management

  • Strong in problem Identification, solution skill and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills internally and externally

  • Self-motivated and persistent
