Description

Videojet is currently seeking an OEM Project Coordinator EMEA South. This individual will manage key OEM projects and develop internal & external marketing materials and tools to support the sales growth targets for the OEM team.  He/she will act as a point person to coordinate activities between our Salesforce and Videojet’s internal teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Tech Support / Special Applications (SAR).  The role will report to the OEM Sales Manager Europe and will perform the following duties:

 

  • Track # of SE activities
  • Weekly order/sales report
  • AP : Enter AP and calculate commission.
  • Travel planning & booking
  • Circulate relevant data and information
  • Check translations
  • Create, distribute, and manage Marketing materials specific to the OEM business, including Corporate/OEM presentations, OEM Application sheets, OEM Customer-specific brochures
  • Work with Videojet OEM Sales & Tech Support teams to develop Sales & Technical tools for use by our OEM Sales team and our OEM Customers.
  • Develop & manage action plans on specific OEM programs tied to improvement on key performance indicator (KPI) measures.
  • Develop & manage customer or market-specific programs to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives & Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Lead and coordinate OEM team efforts for tradeshows, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Lead and implement Process Improvement efforts through DBS / Kaizen in order to improve OEM Sales team efficiency and realize overall improvements in customer service & support
  • Coordinate efforts on global projects with counterparts in other OEM regions (America & Asia)
  • Provide supplemental support for the OEM team in Latin America as needed

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • College degree or work experience equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Videojet’s products, technologies, &/or markets preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Mgmt tools. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret commercial & technical data
  • Ability to create marketing literature, write reports, business correspondence
  • Ability to create and manage Project Action Plans
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external personnel
  • Travel: limited, typical to customer or team meetings -- approximately 10% max
