Description

The Nobel Territory Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practitioners and dental labs within an assigned territory. Attributes include creative selling/promoting, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with team members, business plan development, and educating/presenting upon Nobel Biocare products, procedures and protocols. 


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Responsible in achieving a set sales quota for a geographic territory.
  • Collaborate with Digital Specialist, New Customer Development Specialist, marketing and customer support. 
  • Participate in local trade shows as well as sponsored Training & Education courses.
  • Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends based on the development needs for the territory.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or other related field OR a combination of education and/or sales training plus at least 3 years of outside sales experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of outside, achievement-oriented sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of successful achievement in sales.
  • The successful candidate must live in either the Vancouver, BC metro area, or be willing to relocate.


PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS:


  • Medical Device experience highly desired.
  • Basic dental practice business knowledge and experience in digital dentistry preferred.
  • Strong acumen on business principles (i.e. business plan, Practice Development Plan, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to be adaptable and adjust to change.
