Job Responsibilities:

1.      Lead and manage the overall performance of the responsible product and implement key marketing initiatives. Responsible for result for both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.

2.      Discovers insight using multiple sources and bring these insights to life through all marketing efforts to ensure continuing strategic and implementation fitness.

3.      Prepare the annual brand plan and develop & implement quarterly action plan to achieve annual business objectives.

4.      Create and develop marketing words, programs, and tools that are targeted to the achievement of plan sales and margin goals

5.      Complete preliminary and final marketing portfolio planning and budget, consult and coordinate to ensure the effective execution regionally

6.      Work with Nobel Biocare T&E platform to provide world class training and service to end-users. Utilize innovative channels to enhance marketing communication.

7.      Prepare realistic & achievable objectives, strategies, tactics plan and sales forecast for the responsible product

8.      Routine contact with global marketing team for the purpose to update and collect essential information to facilitate sales growth of the responsible product in China.

Job Requirements


Job Requirements:

1.      Bachelor or above's degree.

2.      Medical Experience, correlation experience on marketing & sales. Dental background is a plus.

3.      At least 5 years marketing experience, knowledge and core competencies. Experience in product and brand management with proven success.

4.      Strong oral and written English communication / presentation skills.

5.      Excellent communication and influencing skills essential, including experience of working in a complex global matrixed environment.

6.      High passion and strong teamwork. Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking.
