Ihre Aufgaben sind:
  • Verantwortlich für die Kontrolle des Dokumentenmanagementsystems innerhalb eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems, z.B. ISO 13485
  • oder ISO 9001
  • Umsetzung von Änderungsanträgen im Rahmen des Dokumentenmanagements inklusive der Prüfung der Anträge auf Richtigkeit
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Dokumentenablage, z. B. Pflege der Übersichtslisten und der Dokumenten-Laufwerke
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Änderungsanträgen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Vorschriften
  • Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen für Audits
  • Überwachung des terminierten Dokumentenflusses und Berichterstattung bei Abweichungen
  • Aktualisierung der Device Master Records
  • Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Unterstützung des QMB bei Aufgaben im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

Ihre fachlichen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Dokumentenverwaltung im regulierten Umfeld
  • Kenntnis der ISO13485 oder 9001 Standards
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der guten Dokumentationspraxis
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
