We are currently seeking dynamic Manager of Digital Marketing & eCommerce to join our progressive Marketing Department.  This key position is responsible for strategic leadership, development and maintenance of Nobel Biocare North America’s primary technology-enabled platforms for marketing.

As a Manager of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, you will also develop and implements the strategy for internal and external communications, mass advertising, and elements of the company’s customer practice development tools.  Responsibility for management of team overseeing eCommerce and digital media platforms related to Nobel Biocare’s initiatives in North America.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead a cross-functional team with direct reporting associates and responsibilities to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that will accelerate growth.
  • Manage overall ecommerce business.
  • Direct the day-to-day online operations relating to nobelbiocare.com’s e/m-commerce with oversight responsibility for top line sales, operating metrics, key performance indices, digital advertising/promotions budget and maintaining bottom line targets.
  • Provide strategic leadership and functional expertise in our digital product offering: web, display, video, mobile, social, search and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage the digital communications strategy for North America, including the definition and management of key goals, key messages, annual plan, budget, and key projects.
  • Drive digital innovation throughout the value chain, ensuring that Nobel Biocare North America is on the leading edge of digital-enabled business. Compile, measure, and deliver against digital KPIs shown to drive business results.
  • Establish program level PR goals and objectives, plans, and timelines that align with corporate communications objectives.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage dental media and consumer media relationships 
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications in North America.  Ensure programs for timely, relevant communication of press releases and other corporate messages to all employees.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years business experience in marketing 
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Expert knowledge of all current social media platforms with emphasis on mobile, while staying well-informed on upcoming/future platforms of  B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies and platforms (email, etc.)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Dental or medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle a large work volume, coping with numerous and constantly changing demands with limited time.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to be innovative in finding ways to expand the brand, experience in building a brand from a small base.
  • Demonstrated marketing skills creating value propositions, strategies, and upstream / downstream marketing plans.
  • In-depth understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through effective and cost-efficient marketing programs.
  • Strategic data-driven decision-making experience is required, demonstrated by contingency planning, and building a “big picture” vision.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization is preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing work relationships with management, media, policymakers and constituents, history of creating strategic communications 
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thorough understanding of social media and techniques for utilizing this channel to promote knowledge of product and company.
  • Ability to travel 10 - 15%, overnight required.
