Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:
This Position is part of the APAC DC operation where he/she will be part of the operation handling inbound and/or outbound shipments.

Warehouse Management
• Perform Daily 5S and safety are adhere to EH&S guideline within workplace. 
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in import/export documentations
• Report any discrepancies found on assigned duties.
• Perform or carry out cycle count when required 
• Participate in Kaizen Events
• Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines
• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Perform daily shipment preparation – pick/pack/verify.
• Ensure Orders are shipped as per Order requirement.
• Prepare and Ensure completeness of Shipping Documents (HS code/Qty/COO).
• Coordinate pickup and delivery with Service Providers.
• Maintain records of shipment status, data and all filing of shipping records.
• Dangerous Good Declaration would be added advantage (IATA Certificate)

Receiving and Returns
• To carry out accurate checks upon receiving from vendor’s deliveries or Field Return.
• To perform putaway per designated location and labeling.
• Responsible to complete all transaction receipt in an accurate and timely manner.
• Check Return item physical ensure all information is accurate for processing.
• Responsible for filling of all receiving related documents for audit checks

Additional Requirements:

• Responsible with positive attitude who able to work independently and a team player.
• Fast learner.
• PC proficiency in Excel or other Microsoft office application.
• Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is not a must).


Job Requirements


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Min. GCE “O” Level / NITEC/ Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent or/
• Min 1 -3 years of Logistics and Warehousing experience is required. (work experience will supersede Education). With both conditions will be added advantage.
• Experience in DG handling would be added advantage.
