This role can be remote based with travel to Newcastle and other offices across Europe, when needed.
Position Summary
The Salesforce System/Business Analyst role is a GLOBAL role that supports and drives Sales Tool utilization working with cross functional teams to include Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operation, IT and external vendors/consultants. The community is + 700 users supporting 20 selling units.
This individual will be work as part of a support team that is responsible for all system administrative duties, act as the first line subject matter expert and in-house consultant/advisor as it relates to the use of Salesforce – Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, FSL, Quoting-LCPQ and DOMO to sustain and grow the current infrastructure
In addition, this role will be part of a growth team to implement/rollout – a global extension of: Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solution.
This role is based in our  EU home base of Newcastle.   In this role, the Analyst will work as part of a global team but be the community facing analyst under the direction of the team/IT leadership. 
In the support duties, this individual will work as part of a small team which has shared goals to maintain quality systems, enforce standard process, create and maintain training/system documentation, policies and testing protocols. The team share the goal to answer all question/issue within our pre-established service level agreement with the business.
The role includes supporting  salesforce community by, but not limited to, being the voice of the customer, training, creating dashboards, reports, preparing ad-hoc analysis of data, supporting integration, validation, spec/implement change, supporting salesforce configuration.
In the growth team, this individual will be working closely with the user community and team  to define/documents process, configure/testing in Salesforce, training documentation and rollout.
Experience with Salesforce – Field Service Lightning – major PLUS
Experience with a large + 700 global multi language/multi-currency implementation with integration to ERP/QUOTING is critical to the success/growth of this role.
Foundational understanding of SAP: customer and product master data, pricing and order management is strongly preferred.
Major Responsibilities

This individual will be work as part of a support team that is responsible for all system administrative duties, act as the first line subject matter expert and in-house consultant/advisor as it relates to the use of Salesforce – Sales Cloud, LCPQ and DOMO to sustain and grow the current infrastructure.
Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields as required
Support/Sustain SFDC Duties – America/EU
    • SFDC Support and Configuration:
    • Front-line support
    • User / Product / Customer / Quota / Opportunity / System Maintenance: SFDC and other systems as required
    • Clear understanding of all established process
    • Reports/Dashboards: creation and maintenance
    • Training: Helping users, create and keep content of all training material up-to-date, working with the Training team to make the document uniform/consistent
    • Analytical Skills - Using the above information wears an analytical hat during support ANALYTICAL support – develop deep knowledge to get to root of all issue for resolution. Documents finding to be used by team/community
 
Voice of the Customer
    • Understand/Track all future enhancement requests to include detailed needs and requirements.
    • Prioritize/rank requests in terms of NA + Global
    • Analytical Skills  - Understand the GLOBAL perspective to recommend/support uniform processes
    • Analytical Skills - Working closely with team and team leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solution
Support/Sustain LCPQ Systems – LBS for all of North America/EU
    • Maintain User Setup in ICRM/LCPQ
    • Maintain BA settings/authorization in ICRM/LCPQ
    • Product notification from SFDC – manage and verify
    • Setup of Local Configuration, Standard Quotes and Promotion  in LCPQ 
    • Training: Create and keep training material up to date, assisting reps who need help with LCPQ
    • Identify issue and logging and tracking requests for resolution
 
Voice of the Customer
    • Understand/Track all future enhancement requests
    • Assist in prioritizing/ranking request in terms of NA + Global
    • Analytical Skills – looks for patterns to determine issue/noise. Understand priorities and critical vs noise

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, Skills
Education:  Associates degree
Experience/Skills:
  • Salesforce experience required: all configuration basics: roles/profiles/fields/pagelayouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts/specs – (certification desirable but not required)
  • Technical skills: apex, writing and supporting triggers, sql basics, informatica,
  • Analyst skills: understanding full development cycle, creating specification, testing results, audit and enhancing
  • Salesforce – Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning 
  • Analyst skills: understanding full development cycle, creating specification, testing results, audit and enhancing
  • SAP or other ERP systems -  query / data mining / database management experience required
  • Relevant experience working in some capacity supporting sales, marketing or service
  • System/Business Analyst experience required
  • Project Management -  experience a plus
  • Good documentation skills / detail orientated
  • Multi-tasker/Team player
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of medical device industry, clinical laboratories a plus

Education:  Bachelors Degree

  • Troubleshooting skills for the following: SFDC CRM and Services
  • Middleware and Integration experience is a plus.
  • Experience with a large + 700 global multi language/multi-currency implementation with integration to ERP/QUOTING is a PLUS
