Description

1. Receive, process purchase orders and track them, with calls and after-sales service.
2. Sales support in all activities that have an impact on the achievement of the sales target, margins and portfolio recovery.
3. Prepare budgets for the procurement of orders as well as technical advice on the products.
4. Propose to the Company the elaboration of products as they satisfy the
customer needs.
5. Managing the client portfolio, accounts, following up on them via telephone and
keeping information about new products to get consolidated and
Increase sales volume in portfolio.
6. Get new customers through information delivery, phone calls,
and sending business letters.
7. Inform customers about new products and about variations in applications
existing to achieve the loyalty of the same.
8. Inventory Review
9. Ensure the resources that the company puts at your disposal - equipment and materials procuring
the optimization and satisfaction of the clients to achieve an improvement in the quality and times
delivery, as well as perform activities of their professional and functional category that may arise
10. Perform any other related task assigned to him.
11. Managing and continuously controlling the projects and services provided to clients, knowing the status of each project / service at all times, being responsible for ensuring compliance with margins and billing and becoming involved or complying with additional activities related to development of the position and support for the fulfillment of objectives.
12. Collaborate in the effective treatment of customer complaints.
