We are enthusiastically seeking a highly organized and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner to work with our Human Resources team for a 6-month assignment.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be work in a highly visible role supporting various client groups, including our progressive sales organization. You will work closely with the regional Human Resources team to provide strategic improvements in support of the business. This position manages core human resource programs including talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, employee relations, compensation, performance management, diversity and inclusion, training and compliance related activities.

A successful candidate will have a passion for understanding the business and being a business partner that will assist leaders to reach the business strategic goals for growth.   

You will also be accountable for the following:
  • Provide leadership, guidance and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational change, employee engagement etc. 
  • Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, employee engagement and communications. 
  • Collaborate with leaders to build and support an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and enables successful organizational change. 
  • Support the recruitment function for internal client groups, including planning, sourcing and selection processes. 
  • Manage programs such as compliance, compensation, and policy deployment.
  • Act as a change leader for improvements to associate communications and continuous improvement initiatives to the Human Resources Function.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Labor Relations, Human Resources or Psychology
  • 5+ years of experience in a progressive human resources role with expertise in organization development, training or talent planning field, or a master’s degree in human resource management and three years’ experience in the HR field
  • Must be an authentic thought partner with confidence and courage to push boundaries.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Benefit to have previous HR experience partnering with a remote sales organization/leadership or in the medical device industry; as well as an international corporation 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to help drive business results  
  • Relevant industry experience or knowledge (preferably within a cutting edge, highly innovative and rapidly complex changing work environment)
  • A strong solutions-focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables with a high-volume workload along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, exceptional subject matter expertise, a high degree of adaptability and the ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities.
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. 
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Proven consulting and/or change management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of HR industry practices and strong working knowledge of employment laws. 
  • Keen problem-solving skills, with a fondness for providing solutions or paths to resolution on complex matters.
  • Solid presentation, communications and influencing skills, demonstrated through all forms of communication.
  • Unquestioned integrity operates with autonomy, discretion and excellent judgment.
  • A strong collaborative leadership style with ability to drive change and build followership across multiple business units, locations, organizational levels, and 
  • Executive presence with ability to inspire confidence and gain & hold the trust of senior management.
  • Process and results orientation.  A history of building sustainable and innovative standard work and systems.
