Your Team


Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be part of collaborative team of 12 HR professionals at Videojet as well as a large HR community within Danaher. 


Your responsibilities


As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders and associates to provide HR services in a proactive and solution-oriented manner and aligned with the business strategy for assigned client groups. You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and active support to assigned client functions at Videojet (approximately 200 associates). This includes

  • Talent Acquisition (20%)
  • Talent Development (20%)
  • Performance Management (20%) 
  • Associate Relations (15%) 
  • Training (15%) 
  • Compensation (5%) 
  • General Support (5%) 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

We are looking for 

  • 7 years’ experience HR administration in a high growth, changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Previous experience in a Business Partner role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in HR, Business Management or other related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree or Professional HR certification preferred.
  • Experience using Workday HRIS Software & Taleo application tracking system desired (or similar systems).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the leadership team.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • A metrics-driven professional, able to build cases based on data.
