Description

Role:
The Global Supply Chain Analyst is a key member of the Sciex Global Supply Chain Management team.  His/her primarily responsibilities will include building standard and ad-hoc reports, analyzing operational and logistical reports and processes. Project managing key tasks, overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of both short/long term projects to completion. Collaborating closely with the Planning, Procurement, Logistics teams, he/she will assist with policy, procedure and process development and will facilitate special projects and process improvements.  To be successful, this person will need to have a bias for action, attention to details, fact/data-driven analytic mind set,  ability to work in a fast paced environment and to effectively work with cross functional team members and a willingness to adapt and grow with changing business requirements.

Responsibilities: 
  • Create, schedule and maintain reports to successfully analyze various KPIs for Supply Chain team.
  • Performing daily analysis of OTD hits, assigning Pareto based on root causes. Investigating regional root causes and applying pro-active countermeasures.  Facilitate weekly OTD KPI meetings, presenting current month’s progress and gaps, discussing with Global Planners countermeasures to achieve KPI target.
  • Periodical report out of KPI results
  • Initiating Problem Solving Process for highlighting and presenting of KPI, suggesting countermeasures for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting required by Supply Chain team to support their daily works
  • Utilizing documented reports, analyze and report Monthly Past Due amounts 
  • Create Supplier OTD report, schedule, update and analyzes supplier OTD, working with regional buyers to build root cause and countermeasures.
  • Support Global Planner, Procurement and Logistics organizations with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Project manage key activities, creating cross functional action plans, scheduling meetings to drive objectives to completion a
  • Any other duties assigned by manager from time to time

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Education, Skills and Experience:
  • BA/S Degree in Business Administration, and/or Analyst Qualifications Desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office,  specifically Excel, Power BI 
  • Oracle / Noetix systems experience helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of setting up processes and systems
  • Strong analytical background and problem solving capabilities
  • Strong team player with ability to adopt a flexible approach to maintain and improve the quality of service
