As the Global Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the digital initiative that should tie our existing diagnostics tests together in an aggregated digital offering such as an early risk-score, clinical decision support or similar – delivered into the existing digital health eco-system.

The Global Program Manager for Digital Diagnostics within DHR Dx will also be responsible for leading the front-end innovation initiative that should define the future for Health IT within the DHR Dx group. Using specific disease states and their related treatment pathways as the driving use-case the team must define the right strategy and develop unique and differentiated insights that will help drive improved patient outcome.

This role will help shape the future of healthcare –while ensuring DHR will have a winning position in the future healthcare eco-system.

  • Direct all phases of the digital diagnostics program inclusive managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish external collaboration (Open Innovation) that will allow us to generate new learnings / insights
  • Establish a data-science team that can mine existing data and provide new insights
  • Define a clear “channel-strategy”; how to deliver the digital diagnostics – I .e. through EMR, stand-alone, etc.  
  • Define a business-model for digital Diagnostics
Measure of performance:
  • Do we at all times have a clear plan for how to proceed and are we following our plan
  • Number of pilots conducted with external parties at customer sights
  • Team established and insights generated
  • Clear understanding of the digital diagnostics eco-system inclusive opportunities and defined strategy
  • Business model defined

Job Requirements


  • M.Sc. Computer science / Ph.D. or similar
  • Some formal business training / experience
  • Must have experience within Health IT business domain, either from EMR companies or relevant startups within the business domain
  • Experience driving stakeholder alignment across a diverse organization
  • Worked in a multidisciplinary setting, and is capable of translating the IT eco-system into an understandable story
  • Relevant job titles in current position could be: Product Manager, Program manager related to Decision Support, Diagnostics Data Science and similar – Head of Digital Health, Data Analytics …
  • Excellent English in writing and spoken is a must
  • Must master all aspects of IT tools –Including familiarity with simple statistics
  • As the initiative is global a good amount of travel should be expected
  • We can be flexible on the hiring location – however some travel-activities to ensure f2f presence in important meetings should also be expected
